GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 Customers

The conclusion of orders on the equusbrand.it Site is permitted only to natural persons who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in compliance with applicable law and act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out.

Where requested, Customers must provide their name, surname, date of birth, email address, product delivery address, tax code and other personal information. Such information must be true, accurate and constantly updated.

The user may not place orders on the site using the name or credentials of another person, unless expressly authorized by the right holder. The purchase of products for resale purposes is prohibited.

1.1 Personal information

Personal data is collected to manage and process the order in compliance with GDPR 2016/679 and DLgs196.

2 Acceptance of an order - Sales contract

After electronically forwarding an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order.

This communication is functional to inform the Customer that the order has been received and to provide him with the relative unique identification code of the order. It does not imply in any way the acceptance of the Order by the Seller. If one or more data reported in the email are not correct, the Customer must promptly communicate it by email to the address gestioneordini@equusbrand.it

The acceptance of the order by the Seller will take place only when the latter sends the Customer the confirmation of acceptance of the order ("Order Confirmation"), (usually coinciding with the shipment of the Products). The relevant Contract must be considered perfected upon receipt of the Order Confirmation by the Customer.

3 Product Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and other information relating to products on the Site are correct and up to date. However, the inclusion of any product on our Site does not imply, ensure or warrant that the Product will be available for purchase by order.

We reserve the right to make changes to the information about the products displayed on the site, for example regarding prices, descriptions or availability of products, at any time and without notice. However, we will not make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product for which you have received an order confirmation.

In the event of partial unavailability of the products ordered, Customer Service will contact the Customer to verify the latter's desire to (a) receive a partial order, (b) a complete order in multiple shipments or (c) cancel the order.

In the event of total unavailability of the products in the order, however, the Customer Service will contact the Customer to inform him that the order cannot be processed and will therefore be considered cancelled. In this case, no charge will be made to the Customer.

4 E-commerce Content

The information on this site is as accurate as possible but should not influence your decision-making processes. Cristiano Rotondo, owner of the registered trademark Equus Brand and the web domain www.equusbrand.it , works to ensure that all information available on this site is correct at the time of its inclusion in the site itself but does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

For technological reasons, Cristiano Rotondo cannot guarantee that the display of colors on the screen will always be accurate. Marginal differences between the product description on the site and the actual characteristics of the product will not be considered as a cause of non-conformity of the product.

5 Shipments

5.1 Shipping data

Shipments are made via SDA - GLS courier (standard shipping).

As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments of Cristiano Rotondo are accompanied by a tax document declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the tax document shows the discounted amounts.

5.2 Shipping date

All orders are processed and shipped during the working week from Monday to Friday except public holidays. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times may be longer for deliveries to remote areas or islands.

5.3 Shipping costs

Delivery costs, as well as VAT and any other transfer taxes where applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated at the time of ordering. Nothing more is due from the Customer than the total amount of the order shown at the end of the purchase procedure, except that any customs clearance charges for the goods remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Italy: free from €90.00. If the order is less than €90.00 the shipping cost is €10.00

Europe: free from € 180.00. If the order is less than € 179.90, the shipping cost is € 13.00

For other destinations, shipping costs will be communicated in the order confirmation.

5.4 Delivery times

The delivery times of the products are approximately as follows:

Italy 2 - 3 days

Europe 2 - 4 days

Other destinations 5 - 10 days

6 Payment

6.1 Prices are expressed in euros. The total amount resulting at the end of the order includes any shipping costs. The Customer may choose between the following payment methods: Paypal or bank transfer.

6.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering, except in the case of payment by bank transfer.

6.3 In case of payment by bank transfer, Cristiano Rotondo will process the shipment upon crediting the amount due to the bank account indicated by it. The transfer must be made within 48 working hours.

7 Returns

7.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal consists in the Customer's faculty to unilaterally free himself from the contract, returning the purchased products with consequent refund of the price, without penalty and without specifying the reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@equusbrand.it within 14 days of receiving the goods, in response to which Cristiano Rotondo will send the Customer a specific return identification code. The return of the products must be made via express courier with the possibility of tracking the shipment, the costs of which will be entirely borne by the Customer. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Cristiano Rotondo warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, it is necessary that the purchased products are returned intact, unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with the original labels not removed. The packaging of the Products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original packaging from damage, writing or labels. In any case, returns without the appropriate return identification code will not be accepted.

The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of the returned products and their correspondence with those in the order and the relative return form by Cristiano Rotondo.

7.2 Refund of amount paid

If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with the previous provisions, Cristiano Rotondo will refund the price paid for the purchase, minus all shipping and transport costs, within 15 days of receiving the returned products. The refund does not include transport costs.
